Let me be observed/ Jones Seitz & Susana Alonso

Residence

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have found ourselves in a panoptical space that we ourselves are helping to shape all the time, constantly negotiating who is being observed and who is being observed. In a setting manipulated with light and video, fog and foam, "Let me be observed" explores lines of sight and visibility and blurs the positions of observation-who do I see and who sees me?

In this residency, light /Susana Alonso and video /Jones Seitz, investigate and work with different materials.
